Losing Weight with Water.

The Water Diet: How to lose weight drinking water.

Many people are forgetting one of the most important facts they learned in second grade science class years ago, “Up to 60 percent of the body is made up of water”

Now that most of us are all grown up, that fact probably seems much more amazing than it did back then. Well here is another fact, 75% of America is chronically dehydrated, that’s almost as amazing as the last one. It kind of seems hard to believe until you start thinking about the average person’s daily liquid intake,

· Breakfast- coffee/tea or some type of caffeinated beverage

· Lunch - coffee/tea or some type of caffeinated beverage

· Dinner-alcohol

Now many people have a couple glasses of water squeezed in their somewhere, but the point is all three of those beverages dehydrate the body in one way or another. So what does the body do when it is not getting all the liquid it needs to be hydrated, well it just starts storing water that’s all. That’s right, 75% of the people that read this hub are chronically dehydrated and most likely can’t even tell thanks to our body’s way of fighting it (Bloating).

People are just recently starting to understand all the weight loss benefits of water, in fact News 8 just ran a story about a Texas man who lost 70 pounds in 7 months just adding three cups of water to every meal.

If you didn’t watch the video, basically the plan is outlined as before, during and after. Which means drink a glass of water before, during and after every meal.

If you really think about it, it makes a lot of since. The body is not made of 75% cheeseburgers, so not depriving it of its key element will definitely give you benefits in on

Lol yes a Sauna is a short term fix for a long term problem, but once your body starts getting the amount of water it needs, it will begin to trust that waters coming and stop storing in the skin.

I could not agree more, I tell people constantly that if they want to lose weight, they must drink more water
